Returned items must be unused, with tags and price labels attached, and in saleable condition.
For items purchased in-store, the exchange and return policy does not apply to sock products (such as socks and stockings), underwear, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. .
If a customer has ordered swimwear or underwear from Lindex.com, it is essential that the hygiene seals remain intact and that the items are tried on only over personal undergarments.
Products can be exchanged or returned at any Lindex store in the country where the purchase was made, as long as the original receipt is presented.
Return policy in Lithuania
For items purchased in-store, the exchange and return policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear, robes, nightwear, hosiery (socks and stockings etc.) and all baby items under the size 86.
Discount Policy
If a product is returned while a promotion or campaign is still active, the discount can be applied to the new purchase. However, if the promotion has ended but the exchange and return period is still valid, the item can only be exchanged for a different size or color, allowing the discount to be retained.
Promotions that are only Online
For offers that are exclusive to Lindex.com and not available in stores, the discount can only be retained if the same product is exchanged for a different size or color. Exchanges for other products are not permitted in-store for online-only promotions.

Refunds
