Why am I getting the error message “Email address already registered”?

If you see this message, it means there is already a membership linked to that email address.

To access your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on “Forgot password”.
2. Enter your email address.
3. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
