How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a message via email and/or SMS that your order is on its way. In the message you will find your package number, which you can use to track your package. 

You can also log in to 'My Lindex' and see 'My orders' for the status and track your shipment. 

We always send a separate order confirmation immediately after you have placed your order, but it is the delivery confirmation email that shows that the package is on its way.
