How do I make a return in Lithuania? You can return your order either free of charge to a Lindex store in Lithuania or send it back via Omniva using Flipo. You have a 30-day return right for unused items purchased at full price. For sale items, the return period is 14 days. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned unused, in undamaged condition, and with all original tags attached. If the item comes in special packaging, this should also be included. When trying on swimwear or underwear, please keep your own underwear on and do not remove the hygiene seal. Return via Omniva If you choose to return your items by post, follow these steps: Register your return at flipo.lt. Go to grazinimai.omniva.lt and follow the instructions. Pack the items securely along with the Delivery Returns Form included in your package. Drop the parcel in any Omniva parcel machine in Lithuania. The return fee of €2.50 will be deducted from your refund.You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed. Returns via parcel machine can only be made with Omniva.
