I no longer have access to my email – how can I update it on my membership?

To change the email address linked to your membership, you’ll first need to reset your password to verify your identity.

Here’s how:

1. Select “Forgot password”.
2. Enter your old email address.
3. Choose to receive the verification code via your mobile number. It may take 5–10 minutes to receive the code.
4. Enter the verification code in the field provided to confirm you’re authorized to make changes.
5. Click “Verify”.
6. Set a new password.

Once you're logged in, you can update your email address under My profile on My pages.
