How do I make a return?

To return an item, you need to register your return in our return portal. Once registered, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed based on how you received your order.

How to return by post

1. Pack the items carefully together with the return paper and hand it in at your nearest post office.
2. Please note that when returning items by post, you are responsible for the return fee.
3. We recommend using registered or trackable shipping and keeping your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
4. Please note that you can’t make an exchange by post, only a return.

Conditions for returns

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and with tags still attached.
• If the item came in separate packaging (such as a box or bag), please include this as well.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear should be tried on over your own underwear, and the hygiene seal must not be removed.
