How can I find my store purchase? As a member at Lindex you can find your store purchase under My purchases in the app or on the website.(Please note that this applies to purchases made from 2026 onwards, as the feature is new.)If you are not a member, unfortunately we are unable to locate your in-store purchase. This means that neither store staff nor our customer service team can retrieve or provide a copy of the purchase. In such cases, you will need to present the physical receipt you received at the time of purchase.Why is it shown as a copy?When you make a purchase in store, you will always receive a physical receipt at the checkout. The version shown in My purchases is a digital copy of your store purchase.For tax-related reasons, this digital copy cannot be used as an official receipt, as it does not include all legally required details, such as an organization number and certain additional information.However, this copy is still valid and can be used if you need help in store with a return or a complaint. Simply show the barcode to our store staff, and they’ll help you further with your return or complaint.Why can’t I see which size I purchased?At the moment, this information is not yet visible. We’re continuously working to improve this feature, and new updates are being added regularly.
