2.2 Alternatively, you can send the product to us by post. Follow these steps
- Fill in the return form included with your order.
- If you need to return the item via a shipping carrier, make sure to keep the shipping receipt for reimbursement purposes.
3. Will I be compensated for a complaint?
3.1 For approved complaints, Lindex will:
- Refund the cost of the product.
- Cover shipping fees.
4. What happens if I agree to a replacement item?
4.1 If a replacement item is arranged with Customer Service:
