How does the delivery to Lindex store work?

If available in your country, you can choose delivery to a Lindex store when placing your order.

Delivery:

The package will be delivered to the Lindex store you selected. You’ll receive a notification via email or SMS when it’s ready for pickup.

When picking up your order in-store, you’ll need to show the barcode from the notification and valid ID. Orders should preferably be collected by the person who placed the order.

If someone else is picking up the package for you, they must bring:

• The barcode from the 'Ready to pick' -notification
• Your ID
• The ID of the person collecting the package

The order must be collected within 14 days.
