When will I get my bonus back after a return or a cancelled order? (Estonia and Lithuania)

If you paid with a bonus, it will be credited back to your membership on the same day the return is registered or the order is cancelled. In some cases, it may take a little time before the bonus appears at checkout, but it is often already linked to your membership.

If you can’t find the bonus right away, try logging out and then logging back in. If you need assistance, customer service can check your membership and confirm that the bonus has been refunded.
