Why haven’t I received my bonus?(Estonia, Lithuania)

There may be several reasons why you did not receive your expected bonus. Below, we list the most common ones:

• Your customer profile is not complete.
  Please make sure that all your personal details are filled in under My Lindex in your profile. Once your profile is complete, the More terms and conditions are also accepted.
  Please note: A bonus can only be paid out if your customer profile is fully completed.

   

• You did not have enough points at the end of the month.
  To receive a bonus, you must have at least 1,000 points at the end of the month. If you have more than 1,000 points, the bonus is paid out at the beginning of the following month.

   

Important information about the monthly bonus

The monthly bonus is paid out each month after the bonus calculation for the previous month has been completed. The bonus is credited to your More account during the first week of each month and can be used as soon as it becomes available in your account.

You will receive a notification via email or SMS when the bonus has been paid out.
