How can I track my order?

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a text message or email with a receipt and delivery information. There you’ll find your order number and tracking code.

How to track your package:

• Click the tracking link in the email to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Note: Tracking is only available for orders shipped with UPS.
For other shipping methods, tracking may not be provided.

• Or, Log in to My Lindex → My Orders to find the tracking ID.

Delivery to store?

Orders delivered to a store cannot be tracked. You will receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup.
