How long is the delivery time?

We aim to deliver your order within 5–10 business days, and with Omniva within 9–12 business days, after the order has been confirmed by us. The delivery time is counted from the moment Lindex sends the Order Confirmation, and all orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please note that during peak seasons, special campaigns, events, or deliveries to remote locations, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Important:

We are currently in the process of moving our warehouse. During this transition period, both delivery times and return processing may unfortunately take longer than normal. We completely understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have placed an order, it may take a little extra time before it is shipped and delivered. Similarly, returns may require additional time to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

We are working as quickly as we can to handle all orders and returns and to return to our normal processing times as soon as possible.
