When will I receive my refund after an online return?

You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received your return. The refund will automatically be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If you paid for your order using a Klarna invoice, the refund may sometimes take a little longer to process, as it is handled by Klarna. Once you have received confirmation from us that your return has been processed, we recommend contacting Klarna directly with any specific questions regarding your refund. Klarna’s processing time may vary from the moment the return is registered with us.
 

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund for a return made in store?

We recommend contacting the store where you made your return directly. They can help you further and check what may have happened with your refund. It can take 3–5 banking days for the refund to appear in your account.

The refund is issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation by email once the return has been completed and the refund process has started.
