How do I withdraw my order? How to Cancel Your OrderIf you were logged in when placing your order and it has not yet been processed at our warehouse, you can cancel it.Follow these steps: Go to My Lindex and select My Purchases. Click on the order that you want to cancel. Click on Cancel order. Your order will be automatically cancelled. You will receive an email confirmation when the order is cancelled. You can also check whether the cancellation was successful by logging in to My Lindex and going to My Purchases. There, the order will be shown with the status Cancelled.If it is not possible to click "cancel", it means the order is already being processed at the warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order at that stage. Customer Service is also unable to cancel the order, and you will instead need to return the package once you have received it. You can choose to click on "Cancel my order or register a return" in "My purchases", follow the instructions, or return your order by sending it back to Lindex or make the return in any of our Lindex stores if there is one in the country the order was shipped to. If you were not logged in when you placed your order, go to the return portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions.When will I receive my refund?Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after your order has been cancelled.
