Once the payment is completed and your order is confirmed, changes can only be made if you were logged in when placing the order and before it has begun processing at the warehouse.
To make changes:
- Log in to My Lindex and go to My Orders.
- Select Change next to your order.
Your order will automatically be canceled, allowing you to place a new one. The original order amount will be refunded to you within 1-3 business days.
