How does the right of withdrawal work?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item or from when your purchase is confirmed. You can also read more in our terms and conditions.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method. The invoice fee is only refunded if the entire order is returned.

How do I return an item?

Register your return in the return portal and send the item back within 30 days. A return fee applies. Free returns in store, if available in the country you placed your order in.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the item in return or proof that it has been returned.

What happens in case of delay?

You can cancel the purchase and receive a refund within 14 days.
