How do I exchange an item? At Lindex, you can exchange items in the following ways. Exchange in store: You can exchange the item in one of our stores. If you exchange it for a different size or color, it will be processed as a new purchase in store, but the price will remain the same as when you purchased the item online. Please remember to bring the receipt that was sent to you digitally when you completed your order. The item must always be returned unused, in undamaged condition, and with all tags still attached and intact. Please note that sale prices and promotions may differ between our stores and Lindex.com. Place a new order: We do not offer direct exchanges on Lindex.com. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it via our returns portal and then place a new order for the desired item. Please note that any discounts or promotions that applied to your original purchase will not apply to the new order. Exchanges of bundle offers, such as “3 for 2” If you wish to exchange an item that was part of a bundle offer, you need to bring all items included in the offer to the store.
