Do I need to register my return in the Klarna app?

For online returns:

If you selected Klarna as your payment method and are unsure whether your return needs to be registered, or if your invoice is approaching its due date, it may be helpful to register the return directly in the Klarna app. This will pause the invoice while the return is being processed.

For returns in a Lindex store:

If you return an online order in one of our stores, you do not need to register the return in advance, either on our website or in the Klarna app. The store staff will assist you on site and will process the refund to Klarna immediately when the return is registered.
