How long do I have to return an item?

You have:

• 30 days return policy for unused items bought at full price

• 14 days return policy for sale items

The return period is counted from the day you receive your order.

Discounted items purchased during campaigns – for example, 25% off your purchase – are considered full-price items and are covered by the 30-day return policy. Only products that are directly marked down in the assortment are considered sale items.

Please note our extended return period:

From 1 November, we are extending our return period to give you greater flexibility during the holiday season. From this date, you can exchange or return items until 10 January 2027.

Please note that sale items are subject to our standard return policy, which includes a 14-day return period.

From 11 December, we will return to our regular return policy.
