1. General
Access to and use of Lindex online shop and www.lindex.com (the “Website”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the EU countries to which Lindex delivers.
By ordering, you accept these terms. We ask that you read the terms of use carefully before using the website. When you use this website or order something through the website, you agree to the terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms of use, you should not use this website.
Lindex retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the Website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even when there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are constructed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and directives from the European Union.
This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by Lindex. Lindex has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

2. Privacy Policy
Please read our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you. This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by us.
3. Terms of purchase
Lindex only accepts orders made from our website www.lindex.com. We currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post.
To place an order on lindex.com, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the EU countries to which Lindex delivers. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag at the checkout or by registering a customer profile on lindex.com.
Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Lindex through an order sent to your email address.
a. Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on lindex.com, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Lindex has confirmed the order. Your order information will appear on your screen when the order is registered. An order confirmation copy is sent to the e-mail address you have entered to place your order, when the payment has been confirmed.
b. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in Euros (€) on the Website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
Maximum purchase amount per order is € 500 (including eventual shipping and handling fees). For EE, LV and LT the maximum purchase amount per order is € 600 (including eventual shipping and handling fees). for PL the maximum purchase amount per order is 2.500 PLN(including eventual shipping and handling fees).
Sale prices and offers may differ between our stores and lindex.com.
c. Discount and promotion codes
Lindex may from time to time offer promotional discounts. The promotions are shown in the shopping cart, and if you have a discount code, enter this in the shopping bag.
Discount codes are usually only valid for one purchase and cannot be used again, unless otherwise stated. After the order has been confirmed, Lindex cannot add a promotion to it. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer double-checks that the promotion/discount code is registered on the order before the order is confirmed and paid for.
Lindex may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are generally valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and the code will no longer be valid.
When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g in an email newsletter) by Lindex, Lindex states that combination of different promotions is prohibited. Lindex thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
Lindex does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
d. Payment
Lindex online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from http://lindex.com/eu/. The content of other Lindex sites, e.g. http://lindex.com/uk/, are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.
Credit/debit card
When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA, Mastercard and other local cards), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.
All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secured Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security from the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit card holders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issues of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Lindex, you shall receive a message stating than the payment couldn’t be performed. Lindex shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.
Some local credit- and debit card solutions, such as DanCard (Denmark) and Carte Bleue (France) are also possible to use for payment of your order, based on the destination of your delivery.
Direct Debit
Depending on the destination of your order, Lindex offer a few local direct debit solutions, such as Sofort Online payment (eligible amongst others in the Netherlands and Germany).
Trustly (only available on some markets)
Pay directly with local bank account. (Available for Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia)
An verification sms is sent to customers to be entered in the process. This verification process can be set up differently depending on bank.
Apple Pay (only available on some markets)
Payment with Apple Pay. Add your credit or debit cards to the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Google Pay
Payment with Google Pay. Add your credit or debit cards to your Google account on your Android.
MobilePay (Only Denmark)
MobilePay is a digital payment method that is handled on your smartphone. The MobilePay application must be activated and connected to your bank account. When you pay with MobilePay, you must accept the payment in the MobilePay application on your phone. Make sure you have activated your payment card in MobilePay's settings.
e. Deliveries
Lindex aims to dispatch orders within 9-12 business days after the order is confirmed by Lindex. During peak season or at special campaigns and events the delivery, as well as to delivery to remote locations, the delivery time might be prolonged.
The delivery time is counted from when Lindex confirms the order with the Order Confirmation. Lindex receives and delivers all orders in the order they are received by Lindex.
When an order is dispatched from our warehouse the customer will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Note that tracking is only possible for orders shipped with UPS.
Should the delivery be materially delayed for more than 30 days, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the customer is requested to contact Lindex Customer Service.
Pickup from Lindex store (Free shipping)
If you choose to pick up your order in a Lindex store, the delivery will be free of charge.
The order shall be collected within 14 days. For unclaimed orders you will be refunded.
When collecting the order at the Lindex store, you shall present the order number and a valid personal identification document, a photo ID, which must be a passport or driving license.
If you don't have the possibility to personally pick up your order, you may send a courier in your name. The courier must be able to present valid personal identification documents, yours as well as his/her own. The valid personal identification document must be a photo ID, a passport or a driving license.
Direct delivery (Shipping cost € 7) Does not apply for Denmark
Direct home delivery delivers the order to the address given by the customer during the order process. Lindex may, depending on the size and content of your order, use different postal services for dispatch of your order. We will provide you with a tracking number of your delivery, but note that tracking is only possible for orders shipped with UPS. The extent of tracking services may however vary between different postal services.
The shipping cost is charged with 7 € per order, regardless of how many items is in your order.
Free delivery for More members on all orders over 29,99 € for Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.
Approximate delivery time is within 4-8 working days.
Omniva parcel machine (only Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia)
The customer fee is 4,99 Euro and delivery time the same as our other options.
Omniva offers parcel machines for pick-up. Parcel machines are open 24/7. You can retrieve your parcel by entering a personal door code which will be sent to you by Omniva either by SMS or e-mail. After entering the correct code, the locker will open and you will be free to collect your parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel within seven days, it will be returned to the sender.
You will see the option in checkout if there is a Omniva parcel machine close by,this depends on your zipcode.
Standard delivery with Postnord, Only Denmark (shipping fee 4€)
You can have your order sent with Postnord to a pick up point. You have the right to redeem the order 7 days from the notification being sent to you via e-mail or SMS. If you do not collect your order, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded.
PostNord Parcel box, Only Denmark (shipping fee 4€)
The option comes up together with regular delivery points when you place your order, in order closest to your home address.
You will receive a notification when the package is available for collection in the parcel box.
If the package is too large or the parcel box is full, the package is delivered to the nearest pick up point on the same day and the recipient is notified via text message or in the PostNord App. To pick up the package in the parcel box, you need the PostNord App and Mobile BankID for secure identification.
Budbee home delivery, Only Denmark (shipping fee 5€)
Your order is delivered to your home during a weekday. Budbee offers the possibility to follow the car in real time for a more accurate delivery time. If you choose Budbee to leave your package outside your door, you will receive a photo of the package outside your door. The package is considered delivered and you take responsibility for the package from there.
Budbee Box/Instabox, Only Denmark (shipping fee 4€)
You can choose to have your order delivered to a Budbee Box. Your parcel is left in a parcel box of your choice. You use a pin code to open the locker at a time that suits you. If your package is too large, the delivery method will be changed to home delivery. If you live outside of an area where Budbee does not deliver, your order will be returned to us.
4. Exchanges & Returns
a. Lindex Return Policy
Return and exchange policy
Lindex offers a 60-day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered to Lindex within 60 days from the date you received your order. On sale items Lindex offers 14 days right of withdrawal. The item being returned must be unused, in undamaged condition and have all tags and item packaging intact. The returned items shall, as far as possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
If trying on swim suits or underwear, please ensure that these items are tried on over your own underwear and please do not remove the hygiene seal.
For hygiene reasons, Lindex cannot offer refunds of exchanges for:
- Swimsuits or underwear if in either case the hygiene seal has been removed or if Lindex reasonably believes the items have been worn (other than for the purposes of trying on in accordance with the above).
- Cosmetics, earrings, socks and tights which have been removed from their sealed packaging.
Refund of the returned item takes place within 14 days from when we received the item. Product exchanges can only take place in Lindex stores (if provided locally), not via lindex.com.
However, in the respect of items which are faulty please see the Lindex defective items policy below.
b. Return options
Return to store
To return, complain or exchange an item, we recommend that you contact one of our Lindex stores, if provided locally .Then the return and possible exchange will be handled directly and you will avoid the return shipping fee. In the case of a return in store, the refund is settled directly.
When returning items to a Lindex store, you as a customer must show the return form/digital receipt that came with order. Only this way can the purchase price and Delivery and Service Fee be refunded to the Customer.
Refunds are made primarily to the payment method you used when placing the order. If the payment method was a card payment, the refund must be made to the same card.
Items from special collections must be returned to lindex.com.
Postal return
If you wish to return unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to Lindex within 60 days and on sale items within 14 days of the date on which you received the items. Please send your return to the following address:

Lindex suggests that the items are sent by either international priority registered post with your local post office or economy shipment, through UPS, DHL or EMS so that you can track your items. Also, Lindex suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded.
You are liable for paying the return delivery costs unless you are returning the items because they are faulty. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.
Postal return in Lithuania
If you wish to return unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to Lindex within 60 days and on sale items within 14 days of the date on which you received the items. Parcels can only be returned via Omniva parcel machines.
Go to flipo.lt and follow the instructions.
Pack the products carefully together with the return form that included with this package and put it in an optional Omniva parcel box. Use the unique parcel code that will be sent to you by Omniva after registering on flipo.lt.
The return fee 2,50€ will be deducted from the refund sum. You will receive a confirmation after you have been refunded.

Return (Only Denmark)
If you wish to return item/items from an order placed with Budbee/Instabox as a delivery method are returned with Budbee/Instabox using there link you received during delivery or using their App, no return label needed.
If you wish to return item/items from an order placed with Postnord as a delivery method will be returned with Postnord. With your order you will receive a return form with simple instructions on how to carry out a return. With the order, you will also receive a pre-paid return label to be used with the return.
c. Notice of Defect
Lindex carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged of defective upon arrival to you, you are requested to contact Lindex Customer Service.
The best way make a complaint is to contact one of Lindex stores, if provided locally. Complaints can also be made by sending the faulty product to Lindex by post. When notifying us about the defect, you are required to indicate the reason for returning the goods. After this, use the Return form to return the defective merchandise according to instructions for returns. Once Lindex has received the damaged goods, Lindex will process and refund you for the return shipping cost within 14 days.
If an agreement between you and Customer Service for replacement of defected item is made, the customer will receive a replacement item and be refunded for his/her costs for the return shipment of the defective goods.
In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that the Customer contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution
If an item is missing from your delivery, please check between different items and open all plastic bags in the package. Sometimes we pack several items in the same bag and one item may have ended up between other items. If you cannot find the missing item, contact our Customer service.
We ask that you contact Customer service within 5 days from the time you collect your package and thus discover any missing items.
d. Exchange
Item exchanges can only take place in Lindex stores and not by post. If you want to exchange the item, the delivery form/digital receipt, which comes with the order, must be presented. The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition with all tags still attached. Any seals on items must remain on the exchanged item.
e. Refunds
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for. Please note that Lindex is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Lindex.
Lindex will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide Lindex with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order.
Lindex will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from Lindex as a result of the reimbursement.
When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you don’t meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return.
Lindex cannot process exchanges on returned items.
5. Liability
Lindex retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear or obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as 0€. In such case, Lindex shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.
The items sold at lindex.com are provided for private customers only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on lindex.com for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Lindex, is prohibited.
Lindex is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from lindex.com where such loss is a foreseeable result of Lindex breach of these terms or its negligence, but Lindex is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Lindex at the time we entered into the Contract. Lindex shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of Lindex’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.
While Lindex aims to accurately describe items and images on lindex.com, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors colour contrast configurations. Lindex cannot be held responsible for differences in colours as a result of aforementioned factors.
Lindex shall have the right to interrupt the use of lindex.com at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.
